Summary of Experience

  • Knowledge of retail and/or nonretail business processes, data flow, and master data (5 years)

  • Knowledge of process Improvement methodology (e.g. lean, TQI, etc.) (4 years)

  • Ability to read and interpret SQL code

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years performing forecasting/analysis or supporting master data

  • Working knowledge of financial close processes

  • Working knowledge of forecasting/budgeting processes

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or other ERP) preferred

  • Knowledge of SOX and importance of internal controls

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience or aptitude to work with business intelligence and reporting tools (Hyperion, OBIEE and Power Pivot)

  • Ability to work independently
