Basic Qualifications Required
Experience working in a customer service based team environment required
Experience tracking information within database systems required (e.g. Access, license systems, point-of-sale systems, inventory systems, accounting systems, etc).
Preferred Qualifications / Summary of Experience
Business office, accounting, retail, regulatory or similar experience: 1 - 3 Years
Experience with administration of government business and tax licenses, registrations or reporting preferred: 0 - 3 Years
Proficiency in using and maintaining an informational database or comparable experience: 1 - 3 Years
Accounting data analysis and reconciliation: 1 - 3 Years
Retail store manager or lead experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers and leaders across the finance and business organization.
Ability to read and interpret business and tax registration requirements, jurisdictional government forms, and legal and lease agreements
Ability to use ERP/accounting system and reporting tools to obtain required information for functional purposes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Displays initiative and has the ability to improve processes and document work performed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate regulatory impacts or requirements to both Tax and non-Tax customers.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Helps identify risks and opportunities and participates cross functionally to implement solutions that drive process improvements and strengthen the control environment.
Highly collaborative with cross functional teams and delivers excellent customer service
Intermediate to advanced skills in databases, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong cross-functional problem solving and analytical skills.
Understands job requirements and performs internal controls, including providing evidence of internal control performance to management as well as internal and external auditors,
