  • Ability to represent Marketing Operations effectively and work with specialty groups to achieve mutually successful outcomes that enhance sound business operations and profitability.

  • Ability to present to all levels of internal and external management.

  • Broad business knowledge and understanding of multiple business disciplines, including: operations, go-to-market strategy and operations, marketing, brand/product development, creative/agency, finance and/or continuous process improvement/LEAN.
