10+ years managing complex and ambiguous business problems and developing measurable marketing strategies that are accountable to the business.
7+ years of team leadership experience with proven ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals, increase speed-to-market with judicious management of marketing dollars to drive high ROI.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong working knowledge of marketing technology, tools and systems that power customer experiences (digital and physical).
Expertise in building digital marketing strategies and tactics leveraging paid digital media, affiliate programs, website and app optimization, etc.
Strong strategic planning skills and creative critical thinking; ability to think strategically and problem solve, driving towards resolution while taking in and synthesizing a high volume of inputs.
Change management skills to aid in organizational optimization and process refinement as customer journey and marketing technology ecosystem are optimized and enhanced.
Agency and vendor management, including managing complex contracts, negotiations, and budgets.
Strong understanding of marketing trends, innovations, tools, and technologies, stretching digital to physical with an emphasis on retail.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to translate complex topics into digestible, yet comprehensive demonstrations of strategic output; ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and functional teams and consistently influence outcomes.
Strong ability to navigate organizational and relationship management in a highly matrixed environment; ability to collaborate and lead cross functional teams, while building trust and team equity amongst leadership and peer groups.
