Summary of Experience

• Experience in a high growth, fast –paced environment (retail, hospitality or restaurant experience preferred) – 3 years

• Human resources, staffing and recruitment or related function – 3 years

• Strong candidate generation and assessment skills

• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, applicant tracking systems and the Internet as a recruitment resource

• Ability to travel up to 30% of time
