Experience

• Experience with reviewing and approving food and beverage labels (1-3 years)

• Experience in interpretation and application of food and beverage regulations in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia (1-3 years)

• Experience consulting stakeholders on how to comply with food and beverage regulations (1-3 years)

• Experience collecting, reviewing, and managing technical product information and regulatory documents (1-3 years)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Current knowledge of FDA guidelines and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, International Business, International Studies, or a related field

• Ability to handle large volumes of technical reports and information in an organized manner

• Familiarity with formulation of food products and food processing

• Ability to assimilate new information quickly and react positively to new and challenging opportunities

• Computer proficient, savvy with MS Excel and Outlook

• Ability to work independently without close supervision on a daily basis, over time

• Ability to navigate through ambiguous and unstructured situations

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence internal and external customers

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outcomes

• Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail and remain calm under pressure
