Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Hands on experience in developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, changing environment.

  • Detail- and results-oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings.

  • Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority

  • Technical knowledge in SQL & No-SQL Big Data technologies is preferred.

  • Technical knowledge in Java or .Net, SQL, Hadoop, Impala, Spark, latest user interface technologies, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Rally).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a product manager within a technology environment, with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services.

  • 3+ years of experience in building applications in human analytics domain (workforce planning, recruiting, learning, total rewards, retention & engagement risk, performance)

  • 3+ years of technical development experience developing big data applications

  • Experience in identity, privacy, security applications is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities

  • BA/BS in Computer Science
