Dataanalysis field or discipline (minimum 2 years) or a Master’s degree
Retail,Workforce management, Finance industry experience is a plus
Education:BA/BS with concentration in quantitative discipline - Statistics, Math,Comp Science, Engineering, Econ, Quantitative Social Science or similardiscipline
2or more years of experience in a role performing financial analysis,including budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial reporting
2or more years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis andrecommendations
1or more years of experience in database management and familiarity withfinancial software modeling skills
Required Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinarybusiness principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes incross-functional projects and activities
Exposure and business-applicable experience in severalModeling & Machine Learning Techniques (regression, tree models,survival analysis, cluster analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection,association rules, etc.)
Exposure and business-applicable experience in severaldata ETL (Teradata, Oracle, SQL, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig)
Exposure and business-applicable experience in severalanalytic languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata)
Big data processing techniques, preferred
Retail, customer loyalty, and eCommerce experience,preferred
