Summary of Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sox, internal controls and/or audit (prefer 3+ busy seasons in public accounting)

  • Interpretation, understanding and application of current accounting standards and practices(3 years)

  • Identification and documentation of risks and corresponding internal controls (3 years)

  • Consumption, understanding and documentation of complex processes and accounting policies(3 years)

  • Exposure/experience with COSO 2013 a plus

  • Multi-national corporate experience a plus

  • Additional accounting experience is also valued

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting required

  • CPA preferred

  • Japanese or Mandarin skills a plus

  • Ability to work with individuals from across cultures, languages, and geography

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Propensity towards technology and automated solutions
