Summary of Experience

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale programs and projects, including all elements of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, integration, procurement, human resources, communications and budget management within a technology environment

  • 4+ years technical experience with focus on EIM, data governance and data privacy and regulatory initiatives preferred

  • 5+ years of experience working across functional areas and teams to develop effective business

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior project manager in technology or a software development setting

  • 5+ years of experience building, leading and mentoring teams and project managers in project management

  • 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering and analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with technology projects and Program management in a technical, fast-pace enterprise technology organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communications, proven ability to develop and deliver presentations geared for all levels of the organization, including Executive Management

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven experience managing teams in highly matrixed organizations

  • PMP, PgMP or Scrum Master Certifications are a plus, but not required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems (or related study) or commensurate experience

  • Conceptual and functional experience in process and data modeling

  • Experience leading complex projects from initial justification through completion utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles: scope, schedule, quality, expense forecasting and budget management; defining team roles & responsibilities; driving issue resolution and mitigating risk; influencing, negotiation and change agent skills; procurement and vendor management oversight

  • Advanced project management soft skills – able to lead diverse teams and coach others in complex situations and scenarios.

  • Microsoft Office skills including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft SharePoint. Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Clarity or

  • Working knowledge and experience with data privacy, EIM, data governance processes

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills

  • Global implementation experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience and focus on leadership and continuous improvement of systems, software and processes

  • Able to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experienced in developing and managing executive level data privacy risk and related updates for senior leadership and board communications

  • Experienced with organizational change management
