Basic Qualifications

  • Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary): Bachelors

  • Skills (minimum skills required):

  • Experience developing and automating functional/business processes to support end users (5 years)

  • Expert with Microsoft Excel, SQL (Structured Query Language), and Tableau. (5 years).

  • Database management: experience maintaining large amounts of complex data and ensuring data quality via relational databases (3-5 years)

  • Performance metrics development and root cause analysis (3-5 years)

  • Project management: experience managing discrete projects (3 years)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education (ideal education level or degree): Master’s degree in Business, IS, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience

  • Skills (ideal):

  • Experience with OTM (2 years) and R (2 years)

  • Order management system(s) (2 years)

  • Transportation Management System (2 years)

  • Years of experience in specific field or utilizing designated skills (minimum needed to be qualified):

  • Supply Chain operations experience (warehousing/transportation) (2 years)
