Summary of Experience

  • BS/MS in Food Science or other related fields. Minimum 7-10 years of product development/innovation experience. Culinary & mixology experience is welcome.

  • Bench-top to full-scale commercialization in food and beverage industries (7-10 years)

  • Process development (7-10 years)

  • Product or menu development in the food and beverage, or related industry (7-10 years)

  • Project management (7-10 years)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

  • Knowledge of food ingredient functionality

  • Knowledge of food microbiology

  • Knowledge of marketing principles and concepts

  • Knowledge of sensory, experimental design, statistics and consumer research methodology
