Summary of Experience

  • Project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement and communications; Product Development/Supply Chain experience preferred

  • Understanding of new product development, production and commercialization process (e.g. exposure to artwork development and supply chain processes)

  • Understanding of end-to-end processes in forecasting, product planning, order fulfillment and procurement

  • Must have strong business acumen and the ability to analyze information to make informed fact based decisions

  • Proactive and experienced management of multiple stakeholder groups to deliver successful product development and delivery

  • Experience in driving timelines across varying time zones

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Ability to adapt and reprioritize to changing business plans and work alongside partners to help accommodate and execute to business needs

  • Ability to envision finished product from concept sketches

  • Ability to move forward in ambiguous situations, see opportunity in challenges, and provide structure and processes to drive efficiency

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and influencing skills

  • Concise and effective communicator (verbal and written) to internal, external and executive audiences

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Oracle Agile PLM experience preferred
