Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant experience:
Performing complex accounting activities in a high growth environment at a large, multi-national, public company
Developing, interpreting, and implementing an accounts payable policy and processes in a high growth environment, while ensuring strong internal control environment
Strong procure to pay knowledge and comprehensive understanding of accounting principles
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
5+ years relevant procure to pay experience, including experience at a multi-national company
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to assess business processes and implement improvements and controls
Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate accounting results to both accounting and non-accounting customers at various levels of the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build relationships and influence others to achieve successful outcome in cross-functional projects and activities
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, while exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and continuously driving process improvements.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power Point, and Word.
Working knowledge of business processes and experience developing these processes is strongly desired.
Ability to work independently.
Displays initiative and can improve processes and document work performed.
