Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and foodservice sanitation practices.
Thorough understanding of Quality Assurance principles and systems including: auditing, HACCP, ISO 2000, ISO 22000, SQF, Good Manufacturing Practices, dairy regulations applicable food codes for foodservice operations.
Ability to lead root cause analysis and plan corrective actions.
Ability to analyze disparate information and draw appropriate conclusions
Ability to remain calm under pressure and influence outcomes based on facts and judgments.
Ability to apply sound technical and business perspective to problem solving and project management.
Ability to make recommendations that may be unpopular
Ability to communicate effectively and influence senior leadership
Ability to train, mentor and motivate other partners
Ability to leverage knowledge and expertise to represent Starbucks with outside entities
