Summary of Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

  • Developed and managed sales and sales funding within consumer products industry (3 years)

  • Key account sales to CPG retailers at top management and buyer levels (3 years)

  • Negotiating annual sales plans focused on multiple brands (3 years)

  • Experienced in managing sales, profit and trade budgets (5 years)

  • Cross-functional customer-facing team interaction experience (3 years)

  • Implementing and managing retailer-specific programs (5+ years)

Basic Qualifications

  • Long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
